Note the changes - April 23 is no more. The team event (June 12) is cancelled and replaced with a Cup race

VCMC Sept 10 is cancelled.

We're going to the BC Corvette Club race on Sept 17 if anybody else is interested. It's $55 if you register prior to Sept 4th - otherwise it's $70. Capped at 80 people - lots of runs

To register - just pick the $70 non-member fee and it will apply the discount

Doing a track day in Mission on the 18th. Could work but I'd like to know if they are removing the cop school cones.

Yes - JIBC course is removed. Basically the same as a VCMC/UBC course.

When you break the law the cop puts a cone on your head and makes you sit in the corner.

Justice Institute has a permanent course set up on the far side. They hold driver training for emergency services - police, fire, ambulance. That's why all the old junk police cars etc. Their whole course has to be torn down and reset for every autocross. Well almost every autocross - the Porsche club just kind of works around it sometimes.

All the white painted lines out by the stump usually have cones on them ?

I seem to remember seeing a guy walking the course like that. Was he part of a trial run, but escaped?
