It has come to my attention that at least one of you has been inadvertently banned from this board.

Due to the number of bots that have been continuously signing up on this board, I have been setting site rules banning new members based on their IP address. These addresses have been in groups and some of our members may have been caught up in this.

Can a banned person view this? Can a banned person still be able to log in??

Yes. It is the IP address that is banned so someone could view the website as a guest from another IP address. Ie: computer on a different network or router.
