Would this car be legal to run?

Hello again folk's, its been a few years. We find our selves with another interesting car and would like to know if it would be able to run around the track?

Recently brought back from the dead is our 1960 Triumph Herald.

Great find! I'm not an expert on the matter, but I don't see why not. Of course, it must meet tech inspection. For example, brakes function, tire condition, it runs below 96db,wheels stay on car, fluids remain in vehicle, etc.

Look forward to seeing it on the pad.
