IMPORTANT:
Not everyone was around to hear my little speech mid way through the event last night so here's the forum version because I think it's important:
It is the responsibility of all to ensure we have a steady flow of cars to the line and workers on the course.
Autocross is a fun and social hobby that no one profits from and we are "all volunteers".
Our events are successful with the participation of all competitors.
It only takes one moment of inattention to break the chain of flow and reduce the enjoyment, number of runs and efficiency of the event.
Please be an active ambassador for the process by paying attention to the flow and advising/reminding each other to keep things moving.
As I've said before: no one should ever have to yell for more cars or course workers.
A handful of your fellow competitors go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we have a great event for all.
Out of respect for these people, let this be the last time I have to say this.

I am still surprised with myself that I was able to do a 70 second run with one cone hit. Especially that it was my first ever racing event

That was amazing, and I know what adjustment I need to make for next time - tighten the nut behind the wheel!
If my driving was as good as my sense of direction, I wouldn't have a car anymore.

XD however I don't know if I will have the money to pay for next week's racing, my insurance for my truck almost completely emptied my bank account. But I'll see what I can do.
